CULTURE AND INTEGRITY

We consider the environment as a cultural property to be defended. For this reason, the CDA members and the inside and outside co-operators are required to have a serious and updated scientific acknowledgement to work in our staff, but also to be particularly sensitive, careful, and responsible while they are facing environment matters.

The ethical code as our guide clearly refers to the human main qualities to work as good as possible: professional and moral honesty; openness during the relation with the Customer, the partner, the interest owners; respect for nature, for other people and ourselves.

SKILL AND INNOVATION

Our agency works basing on research and specialisation. In the past years we invested in the human budget, providing for high-level qualified technicians and time after time gathering a directional high board, enough trained at the management, technical and scientific level. We train people in our agency every six months, but not in case of specific needs deriving from important sector laws that come into force.

The ever-lasting link with the University of Genoa and other universities grants a continuous exchange of forefront acknowledgements and solutions. The laboratory has been increased by the purchasing of new machinery used to do chemical analysis of the last generation. These two factors, the University and the technological adaptation allow us to continuously renew our activity.



CARE AND ENGAGEMENT

Our care at work is not just simply a behaviour: we don't use standard processes, but we use more flexible models that allow us to read the individual context, to interpret its peculiarity and intervene with the adapted solution, both at the source, during the studying and planning, and downhill, during the different operations such as the setting of the working yard, the management, the operation procedure and the testing results procedure, the release of the declaration of the executed activity. We take care of the Customer in the same way: by communicating with him and intervening immediately to answer his requires, we wish to have an honest, open and ever-lasting relation based on a reciprocal collaboration, on the bi-directional information and on the cost optimisation.

Our engagement is composed of three main aspects: a fast realisation of the reclamation intervention, with an evident reduction of the intervention costs and the inconvenient deriving from the interruption of the Customer's activity; the integrity of the provided service: IREOS provides a complete service without the help of sub-suppliers; management of the unforeseen event; thanks to a strong know-how and to the constant monitoring of the work-in-progress, IREOS can provide a continuous engagement and care to its Customers.
